Overnight Newborn Care Specialist
- Help establish age-appropriate nighttime routines and support your baby to sleep for longer periods
- Help parents/guardians to maintain their own sleep schedules
Services include
Support both breastfeeding and bottle feeding
Burping and changing
Preparing and cleaning bottles
Sleep Conditioning (this is not "crying it out")
Pricing
Single Baby: $35-$40/hour depending on location
(8 hour minimum - starting before 10:00 p.m)
Twins: $40-$45/hour depending on location
(8 hour minimum - starting before 10:00 p.m.)
Day-time Post-Partum Doula
- Take care of you and your baby to help establish & maintain the flow of your routines
Services include
Preparing and cleaning bottles
Burping and changing
Development activities
Baby's laundry
Light kitchen cleaning
Meal Prep
Pricing
$40/hour
(4 hour minimum)
Virtual Training & Consultations
- Virtual assistance accommodating your daytime schedule
- Provide expertise and advice to help you support your baby's sleep through the night in three months or less
- I will be available for any general questions that come up
Pricing:
Single Consults - $75/hour
Sleep Conditioning & Unlimited Consults - $350/week
